Koni Riley
Owner, Director, Teacher, Choreograher
Classes: Mommy & Me, Mini Movement, Lil' Rhythm Director
I opened Dance Dimensions in June of 1995 after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a specialization in Mathematics and a minor in Dance. I danced on the Pom Squad at SFA, was the captain one year and a collegiate All-American one year. I danced for the Dallas Sidekicks for two years and the Dallas Mavericks for one year. I have always enjoyed teaching children, especially girls. That became a more intense passion when God blessed me with triplet daughters! I love teaching dance because of the kids. They’re so much fun, and you never know what they’re going to say. I also enjoy getting to know the families of the dancers as well. I love music and with dance I get to interpret my version of what rhythms I hear in the music.
Cassie Chaffin
Teacher, Choreographer
Classes: Tap & Ballet 1 & 2
I’ve taken dance at Dance Dimensions since I was 5 years old, and got the opportunity to start to assisting dance classes at the age of 15. I was a part of the ballet program at TJC and performed in The Nutcracker. I am married to my high school sweetheart and have two sons, Graham and Callaway. I am an RN nurse and work full time at UT Health Hospital in Tyler on the neurology floor. Being a nurse and a dance instructor are my passion and I love that I get to do both!

My name is Dallas Tobias, and my dance journey began right here at Dance Dimensions! I spent 12 years training and competing at DD and became a DD4Life before continuing my dance career at McLennan Community College and Texas Woman’s University. I was a member of the MCC Dance Company, earning a Collegiate National Championship title, and a three-year member of the Pioneer Pride Dance Team, where I served as Dance Captain for two years and was chosen as an NDA Collegiate All-American. I spent five years with the National Dance Alliance, traveling across the country teaching, judging, and working dance events. As a choreographer, I have had the opportunity to work with studios and school dance teams across multiple states. I am now thrilled to be back at Dance Dimensions. Dance has shaped so much of who I am, and I am passionate about pouring back into the studio that sparked my love for dance and helping young dancers discover that same passion. Outside of dance, I am married to my sweetheart, Jacob, and we welcomed our baby boy, Archer, in June 2026!
K’leigh Erickson

My dance career started in 2001 at Dance Dimensions, where I danced for 11 years on all the Rhythm teams and became a DD4Life! I began assistant teaching when I was 16, and in all I have taught at Dance Dimensions for 6 years including 2 years as the assistant director of Lil’ Rhythm. In college, I danced as a TVCC Cardette. After an injury, I transferred to TJC where I received my degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I now work full time as the Care Transition Coordinator for Christus HomeCare. I married my college sweetheart, Wyatt, in 2017. Fun fact: we got engaged during All-Team practice at Dance Dimensions! We have two beautiful girls, Rynleigh and Vallie. I am beyond excited to return to my home studio as the Strictly Rhythm director and I cannot wait to watch these dancers learn and grow!
Danielle Oliver
Teacher, Choreographer
Classes: Mini Movement, Hip Hop 1 and Hip Hop 2
My dance journey began right here at Dance Dimensions in 1995, the year the studio first opened its doors. I danced through my senior year as a member of Strictly Rhythm, Rhythm Express, and Rhythm Elite, and proudly helped bring home Dance Dimensions’ first National Championship! I began teaching in 2004 as a Pre-K assistant and later became the Lil’ Rhythm Director. After graduation, I spent 14 years with NDA, working dance camps and eventually transitioned to NDA administrative work. My husband's name is Jared and we have five girls, three of whom dance right here at Dance Dimensions and are on the Rhythm Teams. When I’m not working as a home health nurse, you’ll can find me coaching travel softball, designing and crafting, or spending time with my family. I’m so excited to be back home where my love of dance began. I guess you could say life choreographed me right back to where I belong!
